FIERY SUN FITNESS

I was born and raised in the Washington, DC area. I’ve always been active in my community, whether I was at a dance or fitness class, feeding the homeless or learning from mentors.  I share my passion of people and life by giving back to the community.

You’ll most likely to see me doing the following around town- On the weekends I love to: bike on the W&OD trail on the weekends and other bike trails in the area, gardening or doing anything outside when the weather is nice.

The high school, college or pro sports teams I root for are: West Springfield High School- go Spartans!- The Bruins- are the nasty rivals!, App State University- yes the other ASU, Nats, O’s, NY Yankees, Cardinals, or Cubs baseball teams. But overall, I’m not going to make it my first priority to watch or cheer for these teams all the time.  If I’m free then I’ll watch the game or see it, otherwise I’ll catch the game or hear about it later.

If I’m watching a movie or listening to music, it’s probably: a foreign film, something for a good laugh, good drama or mystery. Madonna, Tori Amos, Coldplay and all ranges of music depending on my mood.

I am passionate about: community outreach, politics, environment, films, photography, personal development and mentoring people.
